How to Purchase Tickets on WSUshows.com - Video

I can't remember my login

The email is what you've previous used to purchase tickets with us. If you can't remember your password, click "Forgot My Password" and you will be sent a temporary password. When you login, you will be prompted to change your password.

I am a new subscriber

  • Step 1: if you've previously purchased single tickets, login to your account. If you've never purchased tickets before, click "New Patron" and enter in the required information and create an account
  • Step 2: Click "Subscriptions"
  • Step 3: Click "New Subscription"
  • Step 4: Select Your Series Package and Seating Preference
  • Step 5: Select the Price Selection that Applies to You
  • Step 6: Click "Add Subscription to Shopping Cart"
  • Step 7: Review Your Cart, then click "Check Out and Pay"
  • Step 8: Fill Out Required Payment Information
  • Step 9: Click "Confirm Order for Processing"
  • Step 10: Check Your Email Inbox (and maybe your spam folder!) for a Confirmation Email

I am a renewing subscriber with no changes

  • Step 3: Click "Renew" under your subscription summary
  • Step 4: Select Your Seating Preference
  • Step 5: Click "Renew Subscription"
  • Step 6: Click "Check Out & Pay"
  • Step 7: Fill Out Required Payment Information
  • Step 8: Click "Confirm Order for Processing"
  • Step 9: Check Your Email Inbox (and maybe your spam folder!) for a Confirmation Email

I am a renewing subscriber and I want to change my seats

  • Step 1: Login to your account using your email and password
  • Step 2: Click "Subscriptions"
  • Step 3: Click "Renew" under your subscription summary
  • Step 4: Choose "I would like the next best seats" and enter any section, row, or ADA requests in the text box OR choose "Please contact me before making changes" and a member of our box office staff will call you to help you choose the best seats!

• If they choose this, will their reservation be saved? They won't proceed to pay

I am a subscriber and I need to exchange one of my tickets for a new date

Exchanges are no problem! Go ahead and renew your subscription as is and then contact us to let us know you need an exchange with no additional fee!

Email us at boxoffice@wayne.edu with your name, the show title you need to exchange, and the new date you'd like to exchange it to. You will receive an email from us as well as a confirmation email letting you know the exchange has been completed. Or give us a call in the box office a call and we will be happy to process the exchange. You will receive a confirmation email when the exchange has been completed.

Can I give my tickets to someone else?

  • Absolutely! Just call or email the box office with your request.

What are Wayne State University's COVID-19 protocols?

  • The Theatre and Dance Department at Wayne State operates according to the university's policies regarding COVID-19. These policies are subject to change. Please refer to the Special Events webpage, prepared by the Campus Events Committee, for latest updates on the University's COVID-19 protocols for events on and off campus.

All indoor events currently require ALL PERSONS TO WEAR MASKS and to complete the Campus Daily Screener (for current students/faculty/staff) or Guest Daily Screener (for non-faculty/staff/students).

Regular Box Office Hours at Hilberry Theatre: 
2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Friday
 
Extended Performance hours for performances at the Hilberry/Underground at Hilberry:
Wednesday: 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. for Wednesday performances
Thursdays: 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. for Thursday performances
Fridays: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. for Friday performances
Saturdays: 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. for Saturdays 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. performances
 
Allesee Dance Theatre - Ticket Purchasing
Advance tickets for performances in the Allesee Dance Theatre may be purchased through the Box Office at the Hilberry Theatre, by phone, or online.
Advance reservations for performances in the Allesee Dance Theatre is suggested, as events sell out early.
The Box Office at the Allesee Dance Theare will open 1 hour prior to scheduled performance times and dates.
