WSU Dance Students to Perform in "313 to the 312" Concert at Detroit Music Hall
The upcoming 313 to the 312 Choreographer-Expo at the Detroit Music Hall Center for the Performing Arts will feature a collection of dancers and choreographers with ties to the Dance program in the Maggie Allesee Department of Theatre and Dance at Wayne State. Performing artists and part-time faculty members Biba Bell, Lisa LaMarre, and Rachael Harbert will present dance works, and they will be joined by students Sam Horning ('15), Shauna Cook ('15), Kara Brody ('16) and Jessica Masse ('17).
Additionally, WSU alumnus Bryan Strimpel ('11) is bringing his company, B.S. Movement for the second year. Barbara Selinger's DDCdances will also be featured in the program and celebrating their 35th Anniversary as a company.
This is a wonderful representation of dancers with connections to Wayne State University. Come see and support their talent and artistry.
