Undergraduate Theatre Studies

The undergraduate program offers a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre with a concentration in Performance (Acting), Design and Technology, or Stage Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre, which is designed for students who wish to hone job skills with challenging courses in all aspects of the theatre. The BFA in Theatre is an intensive pre-professional program designed to provide a broad understanding of your chosen discipline.

Students can also minor in Africana Theatre and DanceDesign and TechnologyMusical TheatreTheatre, or Theatre Management.  If you are unsure, you may choose the exploratory track until you decide what is best for you.  Honor tracks are available for students interested in advanced studies.
