Nia Silao is a professional dance educator. Nia is dedicated to providing quality dance education, nourishing local talent, and strengthening passion for dance.
Her credits include:
- Bachelors Degree in Dance,Wayne State University (summa cum laude), Presidential Scholar
- Part-time Faculty Wayne State University and Program Coordinator for Theatre and Dance Department
- Certified with Dance Masters of America and Dance Masters of Michigan
- Official tutor for Dance Masters of Michigan exams

Nia performed for causes she cares about such as Alternatives for Girls, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and Brighton Center for the Performing Arts. She volunteered with Dance Masters VIP Junior Members encouraging young dancers to find their own path to dance education. Her students won various scholarships, worked on Broadway, with touring companies, and for Disney Corporation, in addition to competing in the World Tap Dance Championships.
